  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • MIGALO is not responsible for delays or issues arising from payment gateway transactions.

5. Order Processing

  • After receiving your order, we will process it for shipment. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and provide options for a refund or replacement.

  • MIGALO reserves the right to cancel any order due to a glitch, system error, or downtime.

  • Order cancellations or modifications are only possible before the order is processed for shipment.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India with a minimum purchase value of INR 1000.

  • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary by location and availability and may be affected by third-party courier delays or force majeure events.

  • Lost or Delayed Orders: Claims regarding "Delivered" orders must be made within 48 hours, otherwise these cases/claims will not be entertained.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return pickup at no extra charge.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift boxes, gift cards, and products purchased under special offers (BOGO, BUY2 GET1 FREE, etc.) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are available for the same value or a replacement product. If the product is out of stock, customer support will assist with alternatives.

8. Refund Policy

  • Refund Process: After inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to be credited.

  • COD Customers: Refunds will be issued as store credit if bank details are not provided.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as sale or promotional items, may not be eligible for a refund.

MIGALO does not provide any warranty on the bags sold. All products are sold "as is," with no warranties, express or implied, regarding their durability, quality, or functionality.
